Oxland Delivering Largest Phase One in Dallas-Fort Worth History

The new Painted Tree residential community under development in McKinney will have 1,200 homes in its first phase, in addition to built-to-rent homes, the developers said Wednesday.

“This delivery will help provide a solution when demand is outpacing supply at record levels in North Texas,” Tom Woliver, Oxland Group’s Founder and Co-President, said.
